I recently got my water report back from Ward Labs, turns out I have good water for dark and malty beers, less so for hoppy beers.
So I'm looking to see if anybody has a water profile that they like, based on 100% RO water.

Apologies if this has been gone over a million times.

I'm sure someone will come along with more/better info but I just started brewing with 100% RO. I fill two 5 gallon jugs from a dispenser and instead of dealing with treating only the water that will be used I treat all 10 gallons. The waste is pretty minimal. All I've done so far is a tsp of CaCl and 1/2 tsp Gypsum per jug. I've done two NEIPAs this way and the mouthfeel has been awesome. I plan to try some other stuff to really dial it in to just how I like it but so far, this very simple approach has been great.

I use Bru'n Water to create my profile. A typical profile looks like this:

Calcium: 88
Sodium:31
sulfate: 74
chloride: 149
pH 5.33

I got that by adding:

4.35 g Gypsum
4.22 g Calcium Chloride
2.61 g salt

to 8.7 G water.

I also used 2 oz of acidulated malt to pull the pH down a bit.
