Thanks for looking in, I've been getting quotes for a 3bbl complete system and that spurred me to seek out a forum for pro brewers and the equipment they are using.
Perhaps finding a better bang for my buck opposed to some of these complete turn key systems for 70k which is Pots, valves, and of course automated timers, fillers and electrical heat elements.
Thanks for any direction on this, I have searched a couple times for Pro Brewing Forums and the likes but am not coming across any other than one that is touting it's brand.

Yep, join us over at the Pro-Brewers forum. A lot of the folks that started out on here are also on that forum. Also, hit me up on PM and I'll get you to the folks that I bought my system from...great guys and very reasonable.

as others mentioned probrewer.com is the place right now although much of whats available there seems to be for larger craft brewers or sponsor driven. They may even delete and censor things that have been they dont want you to see like that product x is the same as product y only through a different distributor for less.. I actually requested that a probrewer section here be started for those of us who have or want to make the jump from homebrewing but it seems there isnt enough interest.

I pieced my system together myself but bought the 3 kettles setup complete with stack and FB and seals and valves from sungood machinery.. as you might notice it looks very similiar to another brand many use and thats because they are the manufacturer for the other brand.
I have about 11 to 12k in this electric brucontrol controlled system with the sabco platechiller and so far its been working very well for us we've brewed 13 times and been open for 4 weeks this week. We will be upgrading our fermenters soon and purchasing them from Gavin at sungood as well.

BTW you will find that used equipment seems to sell for more than new equipment and there is no shortage of companies and middlemen looking to help with the booming industry.. the costs for stuff can get out of control fast and now we have 25% tariffs on some of the tanks to pay but even with that the costs are no where near even between domestic manufacturers and overseas.. its helping someone im sure, just not us.

I had a small 1 BBL system custom made to my specs for cheaper than anything I could find used...including delivery. Crazy market out there so shop around.
