Looking for a nice, easy drinking Amber recipe

Brewed lots of hoppy ambers, but I'd like a tried and true Amber recipe. Something around 5% ABV, not a hop bomb. Would like to avoid citrus hops if possible.

Try the caramel amber ale on this site. I believe it was posted by King Brian if I'm not mistaken. Great beer, I made it last year and I'm going to brew it again soon.
