Looking for a Grain Belt Premium recipe

My dad grew up on Grain Belt and still always picks up some when ever he is up in the twin cities. I'm looking for something that I or he could brew that would be somewhat close to grain belt.

Apparently there is a recipe in the North American Clone Brews book according to a post on NB.
