I'd like to help, but post is bereft of information. What are you fermenting? A beer, mead, cider, sour...?

If it's a stout or porter then you are OK. Fermentation bubbles with yeast.

Yes there is a blacket wrapped around the glass carboy.

Then it's normal fermentation bubbles and yeast rising to the surface.
