Prost!!!! Been reading these posts for awhile, and came to realize old dawgs can learn new tricks. Anyway, been brewing for awhile, 1992 I started doing extract and moved on up and over to all grain. Nothing fancy here- simple garage gravity fed system with a cajun cooker and a couple igloo coolers and a couple converted kegs. Simple works for me. But I can dream cant I?
