I just starting brewing again after several years off. Even before I had to take some time off, I had lost a crowd pleaser.
It was an extract version of a raspberry wheat. It called for frozen berries, wheat extract, old US-56, and another yeast that gave it a lambic quality. The recipe had a strange name like McHawken Event ......something . We are probably talking about 2005 or so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
