last 2 batches of beer i made, i boiled 6lbs briess pilsener LME and hops for 60min, both came out too dark for what i was trying to do

for my newer batch i was advised to boil for only 30 min, and use more hops in the boil to compensate. So i did all that , and it looks way lighter, awesome.

I'm sure the color isn't the only thing that's going to be different in this beer, i'm wondering how the new 30min boil batch is going to be like, is it going to take the same fermentation time? bottle conditioning time? and how is the taste going to be different?

It should taste better, less like "cooked extract". The amount of fermentation time, conditioning time, etc- will be the same. I mean, it's th same beer, same ingredients, same everything.

Next time, try adding a bit of the LME at the beginning (say, 1 pound per gallon of liquid in the boil, more or less), and adding the rest at flame out. It'll be even better!

Extract has already been processed- it doesn't need to be boiled to be used. It'll just get darker and more cooked tasting when boiled.
 
Add some of the LME at the beginning of the boil as @Yooper said. Try for a SG of 1.035 to 1.040 for the volume of wort. A wort at this SG range may be best isomerization of hop oils.
 
Really, if we're being completely honest here. With LME and DME beers you only really need to boil for about 10 or 15 minutes in order to sanitize the wort/water used.
Longer boils are for isomorizing alpha acids.

And in answer to the Just boil hops in water?

No

That doesn't create the same character as boiling with wort. It's a whole chemical thing.

Maybe if you add a percentage of the LME to wort just full the hop isomorization. Then boil the remaining wort for 10-15 mins.
