Hello, my name is Charles and I have just discovered the complex and exciting world of home brewing. After years of being a diehard Miller Lite consumer I my eyes we're opened after my first son was born and could not stand the taste of conventional brews any longer. Being a chef and having passed the first level of the sommelier certification you would have thought I would have known better but I now pairing beers with food and creating my own flavors has opened a new chapter that is just in its infant stages. Thanks in advance for any help that is given because I will have many questions.
