So I've been wanting to make something a bit out of the ordinary and formulated the below recipe. All my recipes are Bill & Ted themed names so this one I'm calling "Station's Creation". My question is the aromatic malt. I've never used it before actually. What I'm shooting for is a malty, yet dry, bitter fruity hop amber wheat/barley lager. Any suggestions? Should I keep the aromatic, any ideas?

3lb 10oz Rahr Red Wheat
3lb 10oz Maris Otter
1lb Bairds Carastan
1lb 8oz Flaked Rice
8oz Aromatic Malt
0.8oz Cascade 60min
1oz Australian Galaxy 10min
1oz Calypso 5min
2pkg SafLager W-34/70

Mashed at 150.
