Well I had a little brain fart. I had been using my chest freezer/ferm chamber to store my kegs (at 37 degrees) the past few months and had my yeast in with them. Kegs all kicked so I let the ferm chamber warm back up to 55 in prep for a brew day. Forgot my yeast in there the past 7 days at 55 degrees until I realized it just now listening to Brew Strong.
I had White Labs American Ale , WLP 565, and White Labs Berliner Weisse stored.
I think I should be fine since 55 is still relatively low. Any precautions to make before using the yeast or am I potentially SOL?
Thanks for any help
