A friend has a brown ale he calls "Pig Squealer" in honor of Ned Beatty. I won't go into the details.
The details wouldn't scare me anymore than the 3 naked guys on Lake Tugaloo trying to get me to come over to shore for a beer when I was kayaking the Chattooga (the river from the movie). :off:

I have a cream ale for after mowing the lawn, some IPA and pale ales to go with the grilling and a nut brown ale for the rainy days which just might be all summer the way the weather has been going up here in the northeast!

Please come back sun :)

Moving! Well good luck with that. I would offer my pick-up truck, but the commute is a little extreme.

Don't worry. That will all be taken care of buy movers ;).

I love corporate moving benefits ;).

I don't mean to be an ass, but what other kind of IPA is there? ;)

Haha, good point...I think I said "hopped-up" because I'm using five different kinds of hops (Columbus (bittering), EKG (15 and 5 min), Imported Fuggles (flame out), Centennial (dry hop), and Chinook (dry hop)). IBU's should be in the 60-70 range, with an OG of around 1.065. I'll post the recipe when I finally get around to brewing it.

I just bottled Cheesefood's Caramel Cream Ale recipe and it tasted very good at bottling. I have some APA (Harpoon clone) left so I think I'm done for the summer.
