I have a bunch of nice fresh organic lemons but not enough to make skeeter pee out of 100% there juice so I was looking for other ideas to use them.

Limoncello for the zest and lemonade with the juice!

Scale both recipes to however many lemons you have, and you end up using the whole lemon and have something to enjoy right away (lemonade) and something to enjoy later (limoncello).

Use the juice and zest of 2 - 4 of them in a saison. Toss in some herbs at flameout as well.
