Lemonade concentrate???

I read a recipe that called for lemonade concentrate. I have never made mead before nor tried it but I am quite interested! Is this ok? Or is lemonade concentrate a no no?

Currently, I'm doing a lemonade mead and I used lemonade concentrate for this. I added mine to my must prior to putting in my primary. Testing the mead, I'm getting a lemony, honey taste. It's fermenting properly so no problems so far.

I used Lalvin D-47 with equal parts Go-Ferm.
