Does anyone have a recipe for Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy clone?

I've been looking for one for a few months now. The biggest issue seems to be with the acidity of the lemons. I got a lot of advice along the lines of "brew a beer and mix it with lemonade when you want to drink it." I currently have a DME/lemonade concentrate experiment in fermentation. So far it's working well. I'll post the recipe if it's anything close.

How did this turn out? I know its winter now but I live in Miami so this sounds good year round.
