Ruminate with me. I've gotta either toss these ingredients or brew something with them. You think this would turn out good enough to drink 5 gal of? Grains are already mixed together.

9 lbs German pils
3 oz biscuit malt
3 oz melanoidin malt
8 oz munich malt

Some Magnum for bittering and 1oz Hallertau.

S-05 is the yeast I have on hand.

I'm thinking mash 152F, 90 min boil, ferment 62F. Diacetyl rest.

Looks drinkable to me. I did something similar using Hallertau Mittelfruh at 10min and flameout then fermented with kolsch and california lager yeasts(2 batches). Had a similar smell and flavor to a st pauli girl or becks.
