Left overs suggestions

I want to make something with the leftover ingredients in my fridge. Any suggestions on what might be good to make from these?

2 large packages of strawberries
Nottinghanm yeast and US 05 yeast
4 lbs cane sugar
1lb unfiltered honey

I'm thinking mead or cider off hand, but not sure if there would be anything else to add to something that wouldn't likely fall under "hooch"

It looks like you could make a strawberry cyser? If you threw in some apple juice. What size batch?
