led brewery lighting

So I bought some waterproof led lighting to stick in my vent hood for my electric brewery. I have a kal clone. I also bought a 220v ac to 12v dc transformer to power the leds from my panel. I would like to wire it so when I flip the on key the lights turn on. So my question is, do I just hook up the input to the red and black 220v lines? Just wondering about a neutral.

If it's 220 then there won't be a neutral just hook up your 2 hot 220V wires and you're good to go.
