So i added some Very nice ripe apples to one of my smaller batches of cider, i cubed them and through them in the carboy and now its bubbling like crazy. What are your thoughts on adding or leaving fruit in the cider itself while in the primary stage? I couldn't find much info at on all this, just info on raisins/craisins.... Thanks for all the help s far guys its been an awesome and fun experience

Don't see why not.

My first cider has pureed fresh apples in it as well.....
....which means that I'll have alcoholic applesauce when I strain it. :D
