My first 1g batch is a hefe that started off fermenting vigorously. After 3 days took off blow off and added airlock.
I did not do starting hydrometer readings... as I did not want to waste beer lol... thought I would just wait the full 2 weeks and then bottle directly from fermenter. At 9 days krauzen has fallen and all pretty quiet looking. Any harm letting primary fermentation to go to full 2 weeks without transfer to secondary?
