A buddy of mine works the afternoon shift (3p-11p). He asked me to make him a batch of Caribou Slobber. I did and he loved it. Now he wants me to make him an 11:20 beer. His only requirement was it was a good beer he could drink when he got home at 11:20 PM. I know he likes the dark beers, but if this is going to be an all year beer, I thought I'd bring it to between a cream ale and the slobber. I also asked him if he wanted it to be 11.20% beer, and his eyes got big and he said yes. So this is what I came up with. I haven't brewed it yet. Waiting for the weather to warm up so I can cut a hole for my vent and my new electric brewery. Anyone have any suggestions? This is my first homemade recipe.
