Okay all, I retrofitted a coleman extreme cooler for my manifold, I have a rubber gasket on the inside at the former drain hole, but I'm still getting a small leak. What do you beer guys recommend for a caulk/adhesive/silicone etc. for the inside of the cooler (must be able to handle the high temps and not kill me when I drink the beer). Also it has to adhere to the rubber gasket and the side of the cooler.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe some sort of marine grade epoxy... Don't know if they make any that is food safe though. Did you use the original inner seal from the cooler? Maybe get a sheet of some gasket material and cut your own seal out of it?

This doesn't address your specific question but it might not be leaking through the cooler wall.

I used some "cobbled up" fittings on the outside of my cooler and finally figured out water was seeping past the threads. A threaded adapter did not quite bottom out (inside) when threaded together. A flat rubber washer inside the fitting and a few wraps of teflon tape solved the leak.

I chased the cooler wall for awhile before I figured mine out. I'm just saying, question each fitting before you resort to caulk.
