Layover in Brisbane

Looks like I am going to have at least an overnight in Brisbane in a week or two. I don't have the details yet so I don't know exactly how much time I am going to have but would welcome any and all recommendations on how to kill some time there. Would love to visit some breweries and/or somewhere I could try multiple local brews.

Not many brewerys to visit here in Brisbane. You can try Archive in "West End" which will be you best bet for some nice refreshments.
What are the dates that you are coming?
