Came in here to ask about the Waitsfield Farmer's Market. What a bummer, that used to always be my favorite part of the trek to VT. Will still be stopping by the market, shame there's no Lawson's there though. Focusing all their efforts on SoS? Can't Two Roads brew the stuff by themselves yet??
If I had to guess, I'd say it's more likely that Lawson's didn't want to become a nuisance to the rest of the market and neighborhood given the huge turnouts last year than anything connected to Sip. This was likely also why they elected to use the FreshTix system for the anniversary market rather than just having a whole slew of people start lining up ridiculously early in the morning.

Anytime you guys wanna bomb my porch with anything Lawson's I'm down lol. Sip of Sunshine may be the best beer I've ever had.

Wanted to bump this thread to find out if anyone knows what the availability of Maple Tripple was this year without Lawson's going to the farmer's markets. Did you basically just have to get lucky with finding it in the Warren store? Sucks, I loved pulling bottles of Maple Tripple out around holidays, etc. and I haven't gotten any this year.

In other news: Sip of Sunshine is good.

They released it at the mad river glen thing a few months ago. It was available by the case after the initial ticketed allocations were spoken for

**** me.

ISO Maple Tripple.

Also, count me amongst those missing the farmer's markets. Always had a great time going to those, even though I can't imagine what a pain in the ass it had become for Lawson's between dealing with the crowds and transporting all the beer there, etc.

There was a guy at the event who bought two extra cases of Maple Tripple ($25 of 500ml bottles). Find him.

I'm sitting here at work trying to figure out how I can possibly justify to my boss needing to take 2 hours for "personal" reasons to drive to Warren and back....after I took a 1/2 day yesterday to go up to HF .
Same. I was already planning a sick day for tomorrow to go to HF with my brother...dammit Lawson, it was easier when no one knew who you were and we could get cases of this at the farmer's market on nice, relaxed Saturday mornings.

I haven't traded in a long time, but if anyone has some double sunshine to spare and is interested in Cuvee de Castleton being released Sunday hit me up! Haven't had any sunshine in my life in a while

Very much ISO Double Sunshine. Please take your white knuckle grips off of a few bottles for me VT traders :(

Anyone planning on hitting waitsfield tomorrow?

I'm torn, as I need to hit HF and I don't see how I can do both.
I think I might try to do both, but I might only do bottles at HF if the growler line is bad (assuming it will be).

This batch of Double Sunshine really shows how mediocre Sip of Sunshine is.

That was incredibly easy and mellow. For anyone roughly in the area, they expect to have lots of beer left for first come first served sale after all the tickets are processed by around 230-3. Not sticking around for more but a few people I talked to were. So if you want to score some it may be worth the trip. Sure looked like there were a lot of boxes left unopened.
