Late in saying HI

I honestly have a strong aversion to social media and forums/comment sections so if i seem stand offish or curt I apologize. Being I come from a family of farmers and an uncle grows hops them my brother has married a lady from France who grew up in the Douro Valley, ie Port Wine. I have had a interest in starting home brewing with what I can gather from my families farms so I installed an app that had HBT forums on it and I decided the web version was easier to use.

I am really hoping to get up and running by the end of December but I have had a busy season with work as well so I have not gotten any supplies and only scratched the surface researching on what I should get to started with.
