Im hoping to get a last minute critique on my PM bitter recipe. I should be brewing in a few hours. Im looking for a good balance between slightly hoppy and malt flavor with a little toastiness out of the Victory. It should fall somewhere between special and extra special bitter depending on my efficiency. This will be my first attempt at a mash out and only my third PM/AG. Final seems a little high due to the yeast but I can live with that.
