Hi all,
Is there anyone in the Las Vegas area brewing with a Ruby Street, Spike Brewing Trio, or Blichmann Pilot, or Blichmann BrewEasy gas or electric system that is willing to let me show me the system in use during your next brew? I am contemplating purchasing one of these systems and making a jump to all grain after about 10 years of mini mashes and extract brewing in my kitchen. I would be appreciative and willing to help you through the cleanup.
