I totally screwed up a clone kit for UBU I had bought when I first started brewing. Never got to try it, but here is the recipe for it.
5 gallon batch
11 lbs Marris Otter
1.5 lbs White Wheat
1 lb Crystal 60L
1 oz chocolate malt
1 oz black patent
mash 150f 1.25 qt/lb for 60 min
1 oz Fuggles 60 min
1 oz Cluster 15 min
1 oz Mt. Hood 0 min
yeast options:
White Labs-Burton Ale 023
Wyeast-London Ale III 1318
Dry Yeast-Windsor Ale
OG 1.069
FG 1.014
If you make this please post back with your thoughts on the final product, maybe I'll make it again. I've been bitten by the hop bug and have been making only IPA's lately.
