Hey all, I've got a kit lager that's current conditioning in the fridge at 5.C.
It's in the secondary at the mo, and been in it for around 3 weeks now, FG was 1010 when I racked it. My question is how long do I leave it ? And how do I prime it for bottling ? Do I need to mix the dex with yeast if so how ? Cheers Mark
