I'm fermenting a bock and it's going on two weeks at 50/55F. I'm going to give it a dyacital rest a 60 for 48 hours then lager for 6 weeks at 40. My question is do you guys lager in secondaries?

(a) timing of d-rest depends on your hydrometer, not your calendar

(b) I rack every lager to a secondary, but you could probably lager a bock in the primary because it's a fairly rich, flavourful lager.

(c) I always flood my secondary with CO2 when racking to minimize its exposure to air

Good luck!
