Planning on brewing a German Pilsner soon. This will be the first beer I ever keg so... Once fermentation is complete and I rack to a keg, should I force carbonate BEFORE lagering? Do I wait until the lagering phase is complete and then force carb?

No, just leave the keg in the fridge with the gas on at serving pressure. By the time it's done lagering, it will also be carbonated.

Well, the reason I ask is because I only have 2 taps, but 3 kegs. So I didn't want to use up a tap for 1-2 months while lagering. I thought I could force carb for a week, un-hook from co2 and just leave in the fridge for 2 months.
