Does anybody brew using tap water from Lafayette Louisiana? If so, what kind of treatment you do.

I'm in the burbs of New Orleans but you can take a look here and see if it helps.
When I called my local water board, they were very helpful and even had 3 guys who worked there who were brewers. Your main concern will be chlorine and chloramine and you can take care of that with a campden tablet. As for as ph and other questions, they should be able to help you if you call them.
