So i missed my gravity on an IPA I brewed (got cocky and sparged too fast) the beer is extremely bitter and dry. I need to balance it out some, would the addition of lactose into an IPA be absolutely absurd? If not how much should I add? Beer is in the secondary right now awaiting dry hopping. If you guys think it'll taste like complete **** then say so and instead I might just blend it with another batch. Thanks Adam

2-3 ounces of lactose wouldn't hurt it, but you might be better off steeping some more crystal. The more complex flavors will do a better job of masking the bitterness.
