Does anyone know offhand if Beersmith calculates Lactose addition into the OG measurements? It is listed in the grain section so I am guessing it does. I just didn't want to get too excited about my efficiency (82%) if Beersmith doesn't figure it into the equation. If it doesn't, does anyone know how much I should subtract from the OG for a 1lb. addition with 9.25 lbs. of other fermentable grains?
