Lacto-fermented cider?

I looked over the threads in this group and I don't see this anywhere... but I didn't dive into each thread. :)

Just wondering if anyone has made hard cider using lacto? OR would you want to add lacto *after* most of the alcohol has been processed to just give it a little bit of "bite"?
 
I've thought about this too. But I have no experience or knowledge of using Lacto strains of yeast. This could be interesting . . !
 
Wife made some lacto apple sauce, interesting.... some people have posted that with lacto if they have to much sugar they make bad tastes but these apples turned out pretty good. I prefer fermented hot sauces to applesauce. WVMJ
