Just finished brewing up an 11% English Barleywine to drink during next Labor Day weekend.

A west coast IPA with Magnum, Amarillo, Citra & Mosaic. Gonna use the same flavor hops to dry hop after fermenting.

I'm brewing a 10 gallon batch of oh wait I'm a paramedic and working 14 hours today.

Oh well. I'm brewing a West Coast IPA on Thursday!
