I drank one and haven't tried capping it yet. I have some similar bottles from North Peak Brewing and they cap fine with a bench capper. I am not sure if a wing capper would work on them.
 
IMO no. Too sweet and too much bourbon vanilla flavor for me. I think if you like sugary sweet beer, you would like it, but I think they overdid the bourbon and associated flavors. It almost seemed like fake flavor (But they claim it's natural).

I am curious to know what the other flavors in their series are like.
