Used hornidal fermenting at 90 deg on a neipa and it completely dropped out on day 4 so I did my first dry hop in the high 50’s now those have dropped out so I’m thinking why wait till day 7 for second dry hop if there’s no need for diacetyl rest and the first rd of dryhopping has dropped out So should I add the second round of dry hops then I’ll prob place it in the keezer to cold crash for two days and I’ll keg it on day 7. Craziness. This stuff really does turn around a beer fast.
