So, this is only my third batch, so still new to brewing. I'll male it quick, I used a smaller ferm vessel so not alot of head space. Attached blowofff tube into a bucket o stars an water. Krausen is going into said bucket and making water look like toilet water...😋 soo is that ok, should I change the water out? I'm leaving for a few days and just want to get a quick bit of advice before I leave my baby beer all by himself. Thanks!

if the blowoff bucket gets really nasty I like to change it out. I once saw some evidence of an infection in the blowoff when I just left a bunch of yeast in it to settle and sit for a week after ferment died down. I freaked about that getting up into the beer and chucked that tube and replaced the blowoff tube.
