So, i brewed a Brew house Wheat ale (wort in bag kit)
ive brewed this before, however this time i used wyeast american wheat instead of the coopers.
Its been 7 days since i pitched and the krausen has not fallen.
krausen usually falls after day 5 or so for me anyways.
im trying to rush this beer for new years and want to rack onto some fruits.
SG is .026
OG was .040
should i go ahead and rack into secondary or should i wait some more time? also how long should i let it sit on blueberries?

I'd leave it alone personally. I also would skip the secondary and not take a gravity reading till it had sat in primary 3 weeks. But that's me, good luck, I hope your wheat brew is great! :mug:
