my bucha smells horrific. ive never had it this bad, and i dont have a problem with it but i feel it may be a huge turn off to those i want to introduce to it. types ideas? I read something online that it could be yeast cannabilism or something?and that it may go away after a while?

Do you have your container in a location exposed to a lot of light? Light can make it skunky, like beer does.
If it looks bad, smells bad and tastes bad; toss it and start over. You shouldn't use that for new people. No matter what it tastes like, if it stinks they'll be more likely to reject it before tasting it.
What color is the trub/lees on the bottom of the container? Are they a silky/creamy light color, or clumpy and dark?
