Kombucha absorbed my homework (the ink)

I have a mother which I continuously give to and take from, and I had a piece of paper over it to protect it from dog hair and other airborne matter. I over-filled it with fresh tea, and the paper stuck onto it. When I pulled it off, I revealed blue lines stained into the top of my mother.

I have three extra mothers.

Ink won't hurt it. I've had the same mother going on 4 years.

actually nothing will hurt it as long as the acid is high.
