Fairly new to brewing--did 7 extract kits this winter--and am wondering about my Kolsch. My OG was a little high, 1052 vs 1048 expected and just did an FG at 1014 to give an ABV of qbout4.9%. How do these results sound? Any thoughts, comments are very appreciated. Plan is to add gelatin and let lager for a while then keg. Thanks.
