Brewed 12gallons of Kolsch beer, SC 1054, today 10days later it is 1006, approx 6.4% alc.

Can I keg it or should I wait? Usually I wait at least 2 week's before kegging, but with an upcoming get together with friends this weekend it would be nice to have this beer ready.

It's almost definitely finished fermenting, if that's your concern. If you want to play it safe you can do another gravity reading tomorrow and see if it has changed at all but I doubt it will have.

thanks for your answer shane. I kegged a small 2.5Gal and force carbed it so we`ll get a taste of it this weekend.

cold crushed the rest for "normal" kegging tomorrow.

just seemed "weird" to me to keg after just 10days..

It's about the same amount of time some commercial breweries keg/bottle certain styles. Some times 10 days is fine, sometimes 2+ weeks, just depends on the beer :)
