Alright ive read most of the threads concerning this yeast but the package specifically stated ferments best at 55-60, but most threads i read state that everyone is fermenting at 62 all the way to 70! Im guessing that my 57 degree ferm chamber will take longer to finish but will be a crisper tasting beer, and will probably take longer to clear up too, maybe filter before kegging. Fyi it was a 1.060 og undershot water 4.5 gallon batch with, 18 hour stir plate 1.5liter starter. Bubbling within 6 hours.

I use it at 58 for about 4 days then let temp rise to 64-65 til done. It has always ended up very clean and crisp

^^^This, also I've started @ 56°F for 3-4 days then raised to 62°-65° over a couple of days and let it finish.
I have one on tap now that's very clean & refreshing.

Thanks gents, at cob today ill have 3 days at 57 ill probably do 5 days then bring it to 62ish see if i get more activity. Figure ill do gravity test about day 7 see where shes at!

Either cold crash our let it just sit until it's clear. Depends on your level of patience.
