well i did the kiwi wit from sams extreme brewing and i always put the priming suger on the bottom of the bottling bucket and rack on top. so i did the regular 5oz of primer (dextrose) how ever i didnt intisapate all the kiwi junk at the bottom and only got 4 gallons out of it. so i have 5oz of primer in 4 gallons....did i just make some beers bombs?

According to http://hbd.org/cgi-bin/recipator/recipator/carbonation.html?14845946#tag you are at around 3.2 volumes which is fine for bottles.

With that said, you should always be careful with your bottles. Even a properly primed batch can have bombs if not mixed carefully or if a bottle is weak - so always be careful.

my last batchs i just rack ontop and had off carbing here and there...so this time i racked on top and stired gentlly....next time im going rack to bottleing bucket see what i got then do the priming sugar

FWIW when I bottle i pour half the priming sugar in the bottling bucket first. Then when I hit the halfway point I pour the other half into the bottling bucket.

do you guys think 65 is too low to carb thats what my basement is at and i dont have ac in my main living space

Wait at least 3 weeks and you should be fine.

You'll be alright with the extra sugar.

65 will work but it will take a while. You're better off 10 degrees warmer than that if you can find it.
