I was in an amateur home brew comp this weekend. Only 5 entries but it was very fun to try others brews and for all but mine and one other person, it was their first batch. All of them made some darn tasty drinks but I was curious about one of them.
Someone brought a Kiwi Wit for which they cubed some kiwi and added it to secondary. It was very refreshing and delicious with some tartness thrown in.
I was wondering if anyone has any successful Kiwi recipes they would want to link. I'm thinking I want to try to make one.
