Unfortunately, it didn't end well. Although all of the airlocks were covered, they were dry and the stuff was vinegar. This, from memory.

I think they were all filled with pretty sub par, very old stale and slightly vinegared beer, not old vintage wine like everyone was hoping. Very disappointing.

Kiwi floated for 3 weeks. I turned the temp down to 33F and within a few hours all kiwi dropped to the bottom. Neato.

T58 produces the craziest white Krousen I've ever seen. It more bubbles than anything, but in my wit beer it was snow white. It was pretty cool. I like that krousen, it looks so cool!

Here's the final product. Kiwi is present, but not obnoxious. I need to use a belgian yeast to get a bit of farmhouse in there next time. The fruit is slightly tart which is a godsend (I don't like a fruit beer that is sweet only).

I purchased some regular pint glasses at a DFH Alehouse in VA, but I should have gotten the nicer glasses, a buck more though
