One guy brought some Kiwis and wants me to make some wine with them. Any suggestions on how to go about this? He gave me about 4 or 5 lbs of them.

J janzz Member Joined Jan 14, 2011 Messages 16 Reaction score 0 Location Chicago Sep 28, 2012 #2 You might try something like this: 4-5 lbs kiwi juice from 1/2 lemon 3 lbs sugar 3 quarts water pectic enzyme yeast nutrient yeast - D47 or Montrachet Add sugar in smaller portions after your SG goes down to 0. You should get about 1.3 gallons of wine
