5 gallon batch
8lb 2 row
5lb Wheat DME (cause my LHB ran out of wheat)
1oz cascade 60 min
1oz cascade 5 min

10 lb kiwi
safale 04

I blended the kiwi up with a quart or so of the wart. I stopped the cool down at 180 added the fruit let it sit for 5 min then kept cooling. I added all the fruit into the primary. 3 weeks in primary and 2 day cold crash. I definitely can taste the kiwi but also very citrus. I really like it great summer beer.

What were your OG and FG?ABV?
Seems like a lot of two row to be a "wheat" beer
